His company Dark Horse Recording, a four-studio complex and resort has set the gold standard for customer service and excellence in the recording industry. It is home to Faith Hill, Neil Diamond, Taylor Swift, Matchbox 20, Tim McGraw, Michael W. Smith, Jewel, Alison Krauss, and many others. Robin is also the Founder and CEO of the Dark Horse Institute for Audio Engineering, which began accepting students in December of 2009.

    Crow lectures widely on the implications of global issues and their effects on business sustainability. Leadership and Customer Service are always the foundations from which his talks originate.
