Do I Qualify?

To qualify for attendance at the MPI SEC you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a meeting planner from an event agency, corporate company, association or an independent planner
  • Organize events such as meetings, conferences, seminars and incentives
  • Organize a minimum of 3 events per year, that could be placed in the state of Florida
  • Be the decision maker or the main influencer for booking venues and services for your events

How Do I Apply?

Fill out the Hosted Planner application - Download Now.

We will notify you by June 1, 2012 to let you know if you have been accepted/denied.

When you are accepted, we will email you with directions on how to register for the conference. Please do not register until you have been notified of your acceptance.

Terms and Conditions:

By submitting your registration/application form (electronic/fax/mail) you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Data Protection:

By entering your details in the fields and submitting your registration, providing that you are accepted into the event, you agree to allow MPI SEC to send and publish your company profile and contact details in our conference packs. This will be distributed to the attendees and sponsors of the appointment show. This is a condition of attendance.

Further, your company name/logo may be used on the MPI SEC website for information purposes only. No contact and business information will be displayed on these websites.

Reference checking:

In most cases it may be necessary to check one or all of the references you have stated on the registration form to confirm that you have placed business with the mentioned suppliers. If you do not agree with this term, please contact us. We will need to seek an alternative method of reference checking, which will be subject to MPI SEC's approval.

Conference Registration:

MPI SEC is providing you with one (1) complimentary Full Conference registration, which includes the Appointment show, all meals & breaks associated with the show and all education and networking events.

Travel & Accommodation:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can travel on the dates of the event. MPI SEC is not providing reimbursement for any travel. You are responsible for making and paying for your own arrangements. Accommodations will be provided for the dates of the event only.

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

  • MPI SEC reserves the right to decline your registration without reason.
  • Acceptance of your application will be confirmed by email.
  • As a participant you agree to undertake all activities organized by MPI SEC including all appointment sessions, networking activities, evening functions and meals.
  • Regardless of circumstances, cancellation of this agreement either prior to or during the conference (including missing set appointments) will make you liable to pay the cancellation fee of $460.00 and any charges incurred for your hotel room. The only exception to this will be if you can find suitable replacement, subject to MPI SEC approval. Please note you will also be subject to a $35 administrative fee. No other exceptions or allowances will be made regardless of circumstances.
  • Should the organizer cancel this event, the organizer will not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
    • Cost of Full Conference Registration: $360.00
    • Cost of Appointment Show: $100.00
    • Administrative Fee for cancellation: $35.00
